Datura Exclusive Markings
- Dusty Dun = A unique expression of dun, dusty dun includes the common dorsal stripe and body dilution, but with additional darkening along the back and on the face, similar to sooty. Dusty dun shoulder barring is often longer, thicker and more numerous than common in average dun.
- Veiled = Veiled presents itself as almost a reverse expression of splash. White is always present on the face, but can also extend down onto the entire top line. Where veiled touches the eyes, the sclera is an odd shade of red or orange. Mapping underneath can be light or dark, with odd discoloration where touching skin.
- Eclipse = Eclipse is a unique marking which features a black "hole" anywhere on the body, but mostly the chest and face. It is bordered by white or a lighter version of the base coat. The pupils are widened and feature a white dot in the middle. The marking only shows on a single area of the horse.
- Thorned = A unique expression of rabicano, thorned shares the same placement of the common marking but instead resembles thorny vines. White on the tail is common, but can be hidden.
- Charred = Charred is a base coat modifier that colours the head, points, mane and tail to a blackened/or ash look. Dark speckles ranging from a light scattering to a dense blanketing cover the rest of the coat. Does not alter hooves or eyes. It can make the skin darker or more grey!

- Cinder = Cinder creates speckling and spotting ranging anywhere from white hot, yellow, orange, and red hues. It appears anywhere on the coat and can be as sparse as just a few speckles to a heavy dusting throughout the coat.
Cinder tends to want to "hang out" around the edges of Eclipse markings. Cinder is a dominant mutation that goes over all coats, markings, and other mutations except Chimera

Mutations
Most mutations are completely random and have the same chance of appearing whether the parents have said mutation or not.
- Chimera = Chimera adds an oddly shaped patch that appears to be a separate base coat colour than the rest of the coat. There is a chance of one white marking and one dilution gene appearing inside the chimera as well.
White markings that may appear inside chimera: - Overo
- Appaloosa
- Splash
- Tobiano
- Sabino
- Veiled
- Thorned
Dilution Genes that may appear inside chimera:
- Dun
- Dusty Dun
- Roan
- Grey
- Mottled
- Silver
- Flaxen
- Sooty
- Pangare
- Charred
- Cinder
Datura Exclusive Mutations
- Albino = Albino presents itself the same way it does in other animals, with a complete lack of pigment in the body and mane, and pink or red skin underneath. The eyes are pink, and the hooves are tan.
- Hazed = Makes the eyes appear as if it has no pupils, though horses are still able to see.
- Coria = Adds a second pupil to both or occasionally only one eye. Horses with this mutation usually have no visual impairments, as the second pupil is non-functioning.
- Oculus = Oculus allows the iris to appear in any color and saturation; heterochromia is also common.
- Oilspill
Oilspill is a mutation that infects white markings, the white of the sclera, skin, manes, tail, hooves and occasionally, teeth to turn them black. Mapping appears messy like smudged oil. On darker horses, mapping seems to choose to be the lightest color found on the coat.
